PRISM® Brain Mapping and EI Assessment Tool
Fisher People in Culture offers PRISM® Brain Mapping, an online, neuroscientifically developed and validated tool specifically designed to identify and measure an individual’s behavioural preferences – how people respond and interact with others and the world around them. This information allows leaders to consciously modify or adapt their behaviours to achieve the best results.
PRISM® behavioural profiling complements the NeuroTREADTM training program and provides a practical framework to measure developments in a leader’s way of operating and their impact on the culture. It can be used at either end of the leadership development program, as an individual self-assessment or as a 360 assessment, to focus attention on what will make the most impact in their work performance.
Fisher People in Culture is a certified practitioner of PRISM®, integrating the behavioural preference and emotional intelligence insights into our development and coaching work with individual leaders and their teams.
